Findings jewellery store is the ultimate shopping destination for the most sought after, fashionable international watch and jewellery brands.
Shipping
Findings offers standard flat fee on all local shipping at R99.00.

All orders are shipped via BEX Express couriers, and a WayBill number is issued with each shipment. Your shipment can then be tracked via the BEX Express website via this link.

All items in stock will be shipped within 3-5 working days of receiving a cleared payment for the order.

We now also offer shipping to Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe* for a flat rate of ZAR499.00 per order.

Payment options

Payment options include:

PayFast

A safe and secure service that allows you to make online payments. You select which payment method you would like to use, including Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard), Instant EFT, mobicred and Bitcoin.
Guarantee & Authenticity
All orders, with the exception of earrings, can only be returned within 30 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as receiving it. Items need to be returned with all the original packaging, including your order number and a receipt or proof of purchase. We will happily exchange for it another item or we will refund you on the purchase price (less shipping costs).

Please take note that watches need to be returned with the guarantee book, the watch box, as well as any links that may have been removed.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to Findings SA's error, will not be accepted.

Repairs Department

If your item needs to be repaired, you are welcome to send the item to the Findings Head Office. It will then be sent to our inhouse jewellery and watch repair department. This process may take up to 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the repair. Please refer to our Shipping section for details of where the item needs to be sent.

Refunds

Once your item has been inspected and accepted by our team, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item, and whether you are eligible for a refund.

If the request is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving your item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items do not qualify for refunds.

Gifts

If the item you are returning is marked as a gift, and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate to the value of the original item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the person who purchased the gift had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to them.

In order to return the item to the Findings Flagship Store, you should mail it to: Findings SA, Morningside Shopping Centre, Sandton

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
